Account Profile

Your account profile contains important information used for purchasing, shipping, and communication.

Age Verification

All users must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from CHPeptides:

• You must confirm you are at least 21 years old during account registration
• Additional age verification may be required during the checkout process
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if age verification cannot be completed

Updating Personal Information

To update your profile:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on your name in the top right corner
3. Select "Account Settings"
4. Update the necessary fields
5. Click "Save Changes"

Institutional Information

For academic or institutional users:

• Add your institution name and department
• Include your position or role
• Provide institutional email for verification
• Upload any required credentials (when applicable)

Access Levels

CHPeptides has different access levels depending on verification status:

Managing Addresses

You can save multiple addresses for different shipping or billing purposes.

Adding a New Address
