Account Profile
Your account profile contains important information used for purchasing, shipping, and communication.
Age Verification
All users must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from CHPeptides:
- You must confirm you are at least 21 years old during account registration
- Additional age verification may be required during the checkout process
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if age verification cannot be completed
Updating Personal Information
To update your profile:
- Log in to your account
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Select "Account Settings"
- Update the necessary fields
- Click "Save Changes"
Institutional Information
For academic or institutional users:
- Add your institution name and department
- Include your position or role
- Provide institutional email for verification
- Upload any required credentials (when applicable)

Managing Addresses
Address options shown in your account may vary.
Adding a New Address
- Navigate to "Account Settings"
- Select "Addresses"
- Click "Add New Address"
- Complete the address form
- Choose address type (Home/Work/Other)
- Set as default if desired
- Save the address
Setting Default Addresses
Default addresses are automatically selected during checkout:
- Go to your address list
- Find the address you want to set as default
- Click "Set as Default" for shipping or billing
