This Discount Use and Terms policy ("Discount Policy") governs all promotional codes, discounts, and special offers ("Discounts") provided by Complete Health Peptides, LLC (DBA "CHPeptides"). By using any Discount, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Terms

Discount Validity

• All Discounts are subject to availability and validation
• Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility for all Discounts

System Errors

Complete Health Peptides, LLC reserves the right to:

Pricing Errors

In cases of obvious pricing or Discount errors:

• We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect prices or with incorrect Discounts
• We will notify customers of pricing errors and provide options for order modification or cancellation
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed using incorrect pricing or Discounts

Discount Restrictions

• Discounts may have minimum purchase requirements

Combination of Discounts

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized distribution or sharing of private or single-use Discount codes
• Attempting to circumvent Discount usage limitations

• Creating multiple accounts to exceed usage limitations
• Reselling or transferring Discounts
• Manipulating prices through systematic abuse of Discounts
• Any attempt to exploit system errors or malfunctions

Consequences of Misuse

Enforcement Actions

Complete Health Peptides, LLC may take the following actions in response to Discount misuse:

1. Order Cancellation

   • Cancel orders placed using unauthorized or misused Discounts
   • Void Discounts that have been improperly obtained or used

2. Account Restrictions

   • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in Discount abuse
   • Restrict future access to Discounts
   • Ban users from making future purchases

3. Financial Recovery

   • Reverse unauthorized Discounts
   • Charge the full price for orders placed using unauthorized Discounts
   • Pursue recovery of losses resulting from Discount abuse

4. Legal Action

   • Take legal action against systematic or fraudulent Discount abuse
   • Report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities
   • Seek damages for losses incurred due to Discount misuse

Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or terminate any Discount at any time
• Change the terms of this Discount Policy without prior notice
• Cancel promotional campaigns due to unforeseen circumstances
• Add or remove Discount eligibility requirements
• Modify Discount values or terms

Customer Service and Disputes

Resolution Process

For Discount-related issues:

1. Contact customer service with relevant order information
2. Provide documentation of Discount eligibility if requested
3. Allow reasonable time for review and resolution
4. Accept the final determination of Discount validity

Appeals

• Decisions regarding Discount validity are at our sole discretion
• Appeals must be submitted in writing to support@chpeptides.com
• Appeal decisions are final and binding
