- Select "Support Tickets"
- Click "Create New Ticket"
- Select ticket category

- Attach relevant files if needed
- Submit your ticket
Ticket Status
Track the progress of your support requests within your dashboard:
- Open: Ticket has been submitted and is awaiting initial review
- In Progress: Support team is actively working on your inquiry
- Resolved: Solution has been provided, awaiting your confirmation
- Closed: Issue has been successfully resolved
