Rewards Program Terms

Introduction

The CHPeptides Rewards Program ("Program") allows customers to earn and redeem points on qualifying purchases. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Point Earning

Earning Rate

• Point earning rules, if active, are defined by the current program configuration shown in your account or checkout
• Points are only awarded on qualifying transactions
• Taxes, shipping, excluded products, and non-qualifying transactions may be excluded

Point Restrictions

• Points have NO CASH VALUE
• Points CANNOT be:
  • Redeemed for gift cards
  • Converted to cash
  • Transferred to other accounts
  • Sold or bartered
  • Combined with other accounts
• Points are tied to the account that earned them
• Expiration rules, if any, are based on the active program settings
• Expired or forfeited points may not be reinstated

Point Redemption

Redemption Rate

• Redemption value and minimum thresholds are defined by active program settings
• Maximum redemption per order may be limited at our discretion

Redemption Restrictions

• Points cannot be redeemed for:
  • Gift card purchases
  • Previous orders
  • Cash back
  • Account credit
• Points must be redeemed at time of purchase
• NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for orders where points were redeemed
• Once points are redeemed, they cannot be reinstated or refunded

Program Terms

Account Requirements

• Valid account required to participate
• One account per customer
• Account must be in good standing
• Points are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to verify account eligibility

Point Adjustments

• Points may be adjusted for:
  • Order cancellations
  • System errors
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Policy violations
• We reserve the right to audit point balances and transactions
• Point adjustments are final and non-negotiable

Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify point earning rates
• Change redemption values
• Adjust expiration policies
• Add or remove program benefits
• Terminate the program
• Change these terms at any time

Point Expiration

• Expiration settings are controlled by the active program configuration
• It is your responsibility to monitor point balance and expiration status

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Manipulating point balances
• Fraudulent earning or redemption of points
• Selling or transferring points
• Any attempt to exploit system errors
• Using points for commercial purposes

Enforcement

We may take the following actions for violations:

• Forfeit earned points
• Cancel point redemptions
• Suspend or terminate program participation
• Ban account from future participation
• Take legal action if necessary

• Program offered at our sole discretion
• No warranties regarding program availability
• Not responsible for system errors affecting points
• All point calculations and determinations are final
• NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on orders using point redemptions
