Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter "Processing" status:
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded

Order Modifications
Order modifications may only be requested while an order is in "Pending" status:
- Contact customer service immediately to request a modification
- Modifications are not guaranteed and are at our discretion
- Once an order has entered "Processing" status, modifications cannot be made
Delivery Issues
For orders that show as delivered but were not received:
- Contact the shipping carrier first to investigate
- File a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary
- Notify our customer service team of the situation
Note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping, as risk transfers upon delivery to the carrier.
